Sui Generis Uses not specifically categorised by the main 4 use classes. These includes Theatres, Night-Clubs,retail warehouses, clubs, amusement arcades, launderettes, casinos, petrol filling stations and motor car showrooms. No Permitted change except Casino to D2

The permitted development right will expire on 30th May 2016. Any development seeking to benefit from this PD right must be completed on or before 30th May 2016
