COMMERCIAL ENERY PERFOMANCE CERTIFICATE

In 1st October 2008 the Govenment introduced new legislation as part of the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (England & Wales) regulations 2007. It is now a legal requirement that commercial buildings being marketed for sale or lease require a Commercial Energy Performance Certificate (CEPC).

As a Landlord, owner or tenant of commercial buildings that are being marketed for sale or lease you are required to provide a CEPC.
